People say

But consider this. The oceans cover most of our planet.

>

Yet research has barely scratched the surface of the ocean.

Perhaps our oceans are in fact the earths true final frontier.

From Monday 17 August to Friday 21 August, Idea Evolution is going to celebrate Science Week by taking you on a journey of evolution, innovation and discovery.

The theme for Science Week is Deep Blue: innovations for the future of our oceans

With the support of a grant we received from Inspiring Australia as part of National Science Week, Idea Evolution took the challenge to add our voices and our resources to the discussions taking place during Science Week.

With special contributions from our partners at Southern Cross University who we thank for sharing their time and expertise.

Join us during Science Week as we take a deep dive into the wonderful world below the water.

Every school day of Science Week, Idea Evolution is launching a new podcast episode that reveals some fascinating insights about the ocean and some of the great innovations that have happened and are happening to improve our understanding of life in the sea.

The entire season is inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal number 14 – life below water.

And remember….. Never Stop Innovating
